Please make an appointment. We will no longer be doing installations or troubleshooting filters without an appointment. We have added a lot of appointments to accomodate this new policy. Please be aware that all appointments are a maximum of 45 minutes. If we are unable to complete the installation during that time, our technicians will need to move on to the next customer. Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the filtering options as well as our policies, so we can complete all requested services within that allotted time.
Within minutes of making your appointment, you should receive a confirmation email with a calendar appointment attached to the email.
Appointments can be changed or canceled at any time on this website. You can also make or cancel an appointment at any time (24/7) using our automated phone system by dialing (929) 427-0404 and following the instructions.
